Becky14_2 -smallerMy name is Becky Kitson-Davies and I am a FULL-TIME realtor.  I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned my CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certification. I practiced accounting and financial reporting for large corporations for 14 years before switching careers and following my passion into real estate in 2009. My background in finance and accounting is a great benefit to my clients and sets me apart from other agents.  It enables me to understand the loan process at a high level and effectively communicate to my clients what to expect; to help my clients understand what they really can and can’t afford and why; to analyze market statistics and determine the true value of properties; to better negotiate contracts and other aspects of a transaction; and to pay attention to detail throughout the entire process.

 

I have a true passion for real estate and customer service is my number one priority. My goal is for every client to feel they are being served at the highest possible level through outstanding customer service and unparalleled results. My job is to handle every detail of your home sale or purchase and make the process as fun and as stress-free as possible for my clients. I know that your home is your biggest asset. I strive to educate and prepare my clients about the current real estate market; it’s ever changing and hyperlocal. I promise to be an unwavering advocate for my clients, to communicate regularly and effectively, to pay attention to every single detail of the transaction and to always go the extra mile to make each and every client feel 100% satisfied and that they received the highest level of service possible. I want my clients to be clients for life and I continue to serve and add value even after the sale is complete. I am always available to answer all real estate-related questions and refer trustworthy and qualified contractors or vendors for all your home needs even if you aren’t currently in market to buy or sell! I believe in honesty, in always doing the right thing for my clients (even if that means not getting a sale now) and in being ethical at all times to all parties in a transaction.  As a result, more than 85% of my business comes from repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.

On a personal note, I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. After attending Indiana University I initially moved back to Ohio to work in the accounting and finance field. In 2007, I moved to the Phoenix area to get away from the cold and clouds. Did you know that the Ohio Valley area gets more cloudy days than Seattle?  In 2010 I met my husband who was in town on business all the way from Wales in the United Kingdom. We dated long distance for a year and then got married in December 2011 in Scottsdale, AZ. We own a home in the Desert Ridge area of North Phoenix.  We enjoy hiking, exploring our local community events, and traveling around the US, the Carribbean, and Europe!
