My name is Becky Kitson and I am a FULL-TIME realtor. I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned my CPA (Certified Public Accounting) certification. I practiced accounting & financial reporting for large corporations for 14 years before switching careers and following my passion into real estate in 2009. My background is a great benefit to my clients and sets me apart from other agents. It enables me understand the loan process at a high level and effectively communicate to my clients what to expect; to help my clients understand what they really can and can’t afford and why; to analyze market statistics and determine the true value of properties; to better negotiate contracts and much more.
