I am so glad that I hired Becky to be my real estate agent to sell my townhouse in Peoria. She was very helpful in giving me specific guidance on how to declutter and prepare my home to stand out and look great in photos and for showings. She helped me determine the price that would get me the most amount of money because we were able to get multiple offers within one week of being on the market. Becky took the time to explain each step of the process to me as we went through the contract period and made sure I knew what was going to happen and when. She is extremely knowledgeable about the purchase contract and how the entire process works. Due to some issues on the buyer’s side, there were many things that “went wrong” but thankfully because of Becky’s experience and knowledge, she was able to step in to help get everything resolved and get us back on track so we wouldn’t close late and so that we didn’t have to start over from the beginning with a new buyer. I know that was a lot of extra work for her. She is hardworking and always available when needed, even on evenings and weekends.
